What are the most popular free snooker bets?

Obviously there are the standard markets of tournament winner and the winner of each individual match. As mentioned the tournament winner odds are often quite long with there rarely being a clear favourite for success before a ball is struck so there can be plenty of value to enjoy in this market.

The winner odds in each match are regularly odds-on for one of the competitors but with the number of shocks that now occur in all the tournaments, especially the shorter format competitions, picking an outsider is very doable and plenty of money can be won.

In the short format events such as the Players Tour Championship and its Grand Finals these might be the only markets on offer but in the more traditional competitions there will be plenty of other things to cash in your free bets on.

Number of centuries and half centuries in each match and over a whole tournament is often a popular market especially in the showpiece event of the year the World Championships at the Crucible in Sheffield. Of course the fabled maximum break of 147 can also be backed over a tournament or even a match if you have a really strong feeling although just for it to happen over an entire competition will be odds-against.

Over the longer formats the handicap markets come into play as well as winning by considerable margins can happen which always make the odds a lot more tempting than simply a straight forward win bet.

There are plenty of markets to enjoy and keep checking here at FREEbets.org.uk to find out the best of them and where best to cash your free bets in with.

Like most snooker matches there are markets on all the individual games as well as overall odds on the tournament as a whole; inclding the outright winner, the finalists, and so forth. Other odds availale include:

  • Winning nationality
  • Number of 147s
  • Quickest frame
  • Most colours potted
  • Most ball potted
  • Most fouls
  • And loads more

There will also be a host of specials around the time of the tournament on some of the big names, with the likes of Ronnie O'Sullivan expected, as usual, to be the centre of attention.
